Bristol-based technology startup Deazy has appointed a new sales team dedicated exclusively to addressing the midmarket and multinational enterprise market. The new enterprise sales team comprises three senior account executives reporting directly to Deazy CEO Andy Peddar. The new members are Jordan Chambers, David D’Orazi and Rayan Rehal.

Jordan Chambers has over 10 years of experience as a senior business development manager in enterprise sales, including for multinational companies such as PagerDuty. David D’Orazi has worked for multinational technology companies specialising in cloud computing, telecoms and IAAS/PAAS/SAAS solutions, with an extensive focus on the FTSE 250. In contrast, Rayan Rehal has worked as a consultant for Capita and Capgemini. Rayan has a proven track record of successfully winning multi-million deals by navigating complex sales processes within large global enterprises.

Andy Peddar says, ''We know that the enterprise sales process is different from that of other organisations, and so we’ve brought together a fantastic new team with experience in selling technology solutions into some of the world’s biggest and best-known mid market enterprises These businesses are generally not digital-first and are often catching up on digitisation. Deazy solves the challenge of building technology at scale and quickly by building development teams from their global partner network of engineers. Managing the process end to end by our UK team ensures we can offer custom teams rigorously screened for expertise and deliver on any digital challenge. Our new sales team will make the entire process more effective and more efficient.''

Deazy already works with enterprises such as the RAC, Popeyes and Fleetcor, helping to address the problem of accelerating digital delivery by bringing together expertise from the best global development teams and providing hands-on management to solve digital challenges. It expanded its sales team to meet the different and specialised needs of enterprises, with that sector a major target for Deazy in 2024.

The team's focus is initially on the UK, but there is scope following success in establishing other enterprise customers to expand into other European markets. Jordan will focus primarily on the retail sector, David on legal and Rayan on gambling & leisure and manufacturing.

Deazy recently acquired Geektastic, which provides customisable, peer-reviewed technical assessments that generate deep technical and cultural insights to allow enterprises to identify high-performing developers quickly. The acquisition means Deazy can now readily demonstrate the extensive skills and quality within its developer community to potential customers.

''Our recent acquisition of Geektastic combined with the expertise and experience of our new enterprise sales team means Deazy is now fully enterprise-ready,'' continued Andy. ''Jordan, David and Rayan each have proven credentials in dealing with the enterprise market, and it's clear that we are set for big things in 2024 and beyond.''
