Biami.io was founded by Marcin Kierdelewicz. Prior to Biami.io, he has worked for a number of global enterprise software vendors holding various roles from a country manager to lead channel and alliances worldwide.

We have office in London.

How is the startup financed?

We don't have any external funding and we're a profitable business.

What would say are the dynamics that are shaping the computer software industry?

Software is eating the world and it's a very dynamic and competitive industry. There is a number of established global players on the market that are growing through acquisitions and new software startups are popping up every day.

What problem or problems does Biami.io solve?

Biami Intelligent Automation framework is a generic software and can be used to deliver automation for simple tasks as well as complex automation platforms including IT, Business Process and Robotic Process Automation at scale.

Apart from the software subscription and support, we offer solutions to help our customers in three areas: intelligent business services to help companies start offering their services in an "as a service" model, intelligent business operations to reduce internal process bottlenecks with automation at scale and intelligent business development for the sales teams to stop worry about the sales pipeline.

What can Biami.io do that no other company can?

Scaling intelligent automation solutions is the biggest pain for all the leading RPA vendors and we do it every day. Starting as a very lightweight solution, easy to implement, change and scale, we deliver 10X performance.

Who forms your clientele base?

Our focus is on the middle-size market companies that have growth ambitions and become an enterprise. We have a number of blue-chip customers as well, global leaders in finance, retail, FMCG and Telco.

What does Biami.io need in order to grow?

We're growing and we have a good plan for 2021. We need to focus on execution and deliver.

What is your growth strategy?

There's always a big plan but it's important that we don't lose the focus on where we are at the moment and execute well. Then we can talk about what's next.

In which markets are you looking to establish your presence?

We have distributed team and customers from the very beginning and the plan is to continue this growth.

What are your plans for the coming 12 months?

2021 will be a very interesting year. We will see a lot of businesses getting in difficulties if they don't find new ways to improve their productivity. Intelligent automation is one of "must-have" elements in the complete solution picture and we have big opportunity on the market for Biami.io.
