Sarah Bauling is an Australian business communication strategy company that focuses on speaking and presentation skills, keynote deliveries and training on Customer Service and offering master of ceremony services.
Who are the founders and what are their professional backgrounds?
The company was founded by who is initially from South Africa but recently moved to Australia.
Sarah has been in the hospitality industry since 1998 and has lived and breathed all aspects of business. Her areas of passion are customer service, events and sales and marketing. Her focus and intent to always achieve success in these areas has resulted in many hours and years of learning and experience.
Sarah has consolidated her experience and areas of passion to create focused training and keynote deliveries that she share with customers, students and the stage. Sarah inspires her audiences and customers to shift their thinking and the way they do things resulting in impactful changes
How is your company financed?
What are – in your opinion – the dynamics of the industry you work in?
Power on platform - so many people struggle to present - be it to their boards, stakeholders and even staff training.
Perfect Pitch - People struggle to create and deliver an impactful 30 second pitch that connects them to the right person at the right time!
Customer Service - Often companies and staff forget about the small things that can have a massive impact on their customers. By making small changes they have the opportunity to turn their customers into "Loyal, Raving Fans"!
Why did you start your company? What opportunities did you see?
The struggles above are "Real". I love being in a position where I am able to train and inspire my customers to not only make a difference to the world around them, but that they have the opportunity to make a massive difference in their own lives!
What problem or problems does your company solve?
Creating confidence and clarity when delivering anything on a platform (stage / front of a boardroom)
Sharing how to connect with the right people at the right time.
Improving customer service levels allowing customers to return time and time again!
What gives your company the competitive edge?
I come with a wealth of business experience. Having waked the walk and talked the talk I am aware of how to develop people and people within a business environment that shifts their thinking and way of doing things.
From a speaking and presentation skills side I have hundreds if stage hours under my belt and have done the "hard yards" in terms of working out what works and what works WELL!

I have worked with many local companies in South Africa - both small and large companies.
I have worked with many international companies who are based in South Africa and Africa.

More clients through my doors!

LinkedIn: I am currently increasing my LinkedIn connections; Publishing articles, publishing courses and special offers.
Website: Newly released website (with .com.au) - google adwords
Social Media: Working on a social media campaign and roll out
Networking; BNI; other online networking platforms.

Professional conference Organizers: Reaching out to PCO's within Australia
Which markets are you looking at expanding to?
Australia is my ideal market.
What are your plans for the coming 12 months?
To continue to grow the company; gain credibility which will result in getting my name out there - to the right people at the right time.
